These Terms of Use govern your use of the SALt Experiences website and the private transfer and tour services we provide. By using our website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.

3. Services
We provide private passenger transfers and guided tour transport within Greece using licensed drivers and insured vehicles. Service availability depends on location, date, and fleet availability.
4. Booking Process
Submitting a booking request through our website or contact channels constitutes a request for service, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when we send you written confirmation with agreed price, date, time, and details.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted individually based on route, vehicle, passengers, and season. Payment terms will be communicated upon confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, prices include vehicle, driver, fuel, and standard tolls.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may receive a full refund or free rescheduling, at our discretion. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee up to 50% of the quoted price. No-shows may be charged in full.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
You must provide accurate pickup details, be ready at the agreed time, and comply with luggage limits (typically one large and one carry-on bag per passenger unless agreed otherwise). Child seats are available on request. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
8. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, airport disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to minimise disruption and keep you informed.
9. Insurance
All vehicles are fully insured for passenger transport in accordance with Greek law. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of passengers.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by SALt Experiences and may not be copied or used without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
